Valletta Collection - Felix Apt 8

Needs a little spruce up,Not for us again. Positive: Location was good good bathroom and shower . Air conditioning. Negative: The towels were very poor quality and smelt bad when we arrived . Not enough bedding as it needs to be changed at least once in a week because when we washed ,the clothes don’t dry on the dryer provided for days inside..And no TV connection.?

Great location right in old town! Positive: Great apartment, it was HUGE, and right in the middle of everything. I literally have zero complaints. Would absolutely stay here again. A supermarket right across was the icing on the cake

Pristine apartment right in the very heart of Valletta Positive: Wonderfully presented apartment in an outstanding location. Everything in the apartment was in excellent condition and everything was well thought of and included. I really loved the simple decor yet homely touch. It felt like coming home each afternoon after busy days exploring Malta. Located right in the heart of Valetta everything you needed including excellent restaurants and bars were a stone's throw away. Having the gelato shop on the corner right outside was wonderful too!!

Although the apartment was clean and in an excellent location, the unannounced entry of staff into the apartment without Positive: The location was excellent and very convenient, and the apartment was clean upon arrival. Negative: One afternoon, someone knocked on our door and then unlocked and entered the apartment without prior notice. A man and a woman came in and did not introduce themselves; from the context, I understood that they were likely the owner and/or staff responsible for the property. They entered because there was an issue with the internet connection and wanted to check whether the problem was related to our apartment. While I understand the need to investigate technical issues, entering the accommodation without prior communication was highly unprofessional. A simple message informing us that someone would come by would have been sufficient. During my travels, I have never experienced accommodation staff entering a rented apartment without notice, and I found this behavior unacceptable and well below the level of service I would expect.

Great location, decent enough apartment Positive: Location was perfect, very central and on a nice street, close to everything in the old city. The apartment was very modern aside from the flooring and very tasteful. Everything was very clean and we had plenty of towels. We made a last minute request to have the sofa bed made and they sorted it for us. The check in was easy. Negative: The balcony wasn't useable, it didn't have any chairs and it was crumbling apart. We paid a bit extra for the balcony, so this was disappointing. The floor tiles looked in need of some repair or replacement, most were cracked but secure. The bathroom sometimes smelt of drains. I don't think there was a lift, so if unfit or disabled it may be difficult to get suitcases upstairs to the apartment. We used the sofa bed in the lounge but there was a lot of noise from the street audible from that room. The shower went cold after around 10 minutes.
